Quality and luxury with power.

Absolutely no complaints on this car, except that the dealer and manufacturer provide NO technical maintenance information for the owners use. On other autos I have owned, the owners manual included technical information for simple jobs like changing oil, etc., and if wanted, a full service/shop manual was available. NOTHING is available for this car. Although I would not attempt complicated repairs, I sure would like to know how it works and be able to troubleshoot any problems before taking it in for professional repair. - 1.0

Purchased a low mileage certified preowned XJ L complained about wheel vibration on the way home from the dealership Jaguar will not stand behind their product. Why buy a certified preowned vehicle with an extended maintenance plan if they won't make the necessary repairs. No customer satisfaction from Jaguar Wife wants an Fpace told her we are going to the Mercedes dealership! No more Jaguars ! - 3.0
